This is our most popular custom fit earmold that has a vent going through the ear canal with our proprietary filtering system inside. The filter works by "squeezing" the sound waves through its varied chamber. This makes it an extremely effective hearing protector while still allowing some speech and warning signals to be heard without removal of the device. You can convert this earmold to block out a little more sound by placing the cord adaptor into the vent channel if so desired.

This model is a solid hearing protector for people who need optimum sound protection and do not require much communication. Best suited for most moderate to high noise environments. Does not adjust for atmospheric pressure changes as well as the vented model.
